In order to extract all the flavors to make a creamy broth， the pork bones has to be well-aged and simmered for days.
Ikkousha experimented and made their own flat thin noodles which has been proved to be the best match with their broth.
The huge stock pots you can see from the open kitchen is specially custom-made and only exist in ramen shops that serve traditional authentic tonkotsu ramen.
The interior is designed by ”ZOKEI-SYUDAN“， a famous design company in Japan known by their bold and artistic designs.
Lanterns outside the shop and interior decorations using over 3，000 real ramen spoons are dynamic and unforgettable.
The artistic wood frame entrance looks stunning when it is lit up at night.
